To clean, simply wipe the wood with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the toys in water or using harsh chemicals, as this can damage the natural grain and finish.
Are your toys safety certified?
Yes, every product we sell undergoes rigorous testing to meet and exceed ASTM F963 and EN71 safety standards, ensuring no small parts or sharp edges pose a risk to your little ones.
How long does shipping take for large playsets?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger outdoor playsets, please allow 10-14 business days for specialized freight delivery and handling.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, items that have been fully assembled cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
